GW Highways continue to build workplaces where the powerful women in our workforce thrive. In this fully inclusive environment GW Highways have provided women’s PPE to all those staff that require it so that everyone has what they need to be successful.
Gone are the times that women need to convert their sizes into men’s, which can be ill fitting and not fit for purpose; GW Highways are here to break that bias!
This year’s theme is Embrace Equity. Equity isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have. Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
