Philippa oversees the financial functions of the business, enabling our strategic goals for long-term growth to be realised. With a career that spans over 20 years, Philippa brings extensive knowledge of accounting, risk management and governance, having been the Head of Finance at a FTSE100 construction company after 14 years at PwC (in Audit and then as a Finance Leader).

Nick has over 25 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering and Highways Sector, with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in securing and delivering new business. During this time, he has held various senior roles in both the commercial and construction divisions.
Herbert Micallef
Technical Director
With over 17 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, Herbert brings technical expertise to support our clients in delivering value driven highways management. He loves sharing best practice and this is visible in the work he carries out at British Standards Institute for asphalt products, paving units, kerbs and geosynthetics. Herbert is responsible for technical control and assurance of our activities including our carbon reduction programme.
Louise Clarke
IMS & Compliance Manager
Louise is an experienced auditor working in the construction industry, holding both a Lead Auditor qualification under ISO 9001 and an International CPC. Within the SHEQ department Louise is also responsible for our staff development programmes and overseeing our sustainability plan.
Dan Bullock
Contracts Manager
Dan is responsible for the day to day running of our contracts and client engagement. With a background that has seen him work with various companies within the highways industry, Dan ensures our standards are effectively applied and delivered, as well as managing the operations department in line with business objectives to support our management team.
Wesley Mason
SHE Manager
Wesley holds a Master's Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management, Wesley has a wealth of experience in the construction and oil industry and is fully conversant with the latest CDM regulations. A Chartered member of IOSH, Wesley is also a full member of the IIRSM and APS.
Victoria Burgess
Management Accountant
Victoria brings six years’ experience in a FTSE 100 construction company where she completed her Accounting Technician qualification and held various roles within the finance team, most recently within management accounts. Victoria is now part qualified ACCA and is progressing through her remaining ACCA studies demonstrating her commitment to advancing her qualifications and skill set.

TCSO/Permit Co-ordinator
Ian ensures the traffic management and permitting aspects of our projects run flawlessly. With significant industry experience, Ian is operationally focused and works closely with our clients and streetworks teams to ensure no aspect is overlooked. Ian is fully conversant with the latest DfT Street Manager system and already prepared for the significant changes in the way the industry plans for roadworks.
