Herbert Micallef
Technical Director
With over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sector, Herbert brings technical expertise to support our clients in delivering value driven highways management. He loves sharing best practice and this is visible in the work he carries out at British Standards Institute for asphalt products, paving units, kerbs and geosynthetics. Herbert is responsible for technical control and assurance of our activities including our carbon reduction programme.

IMS & Compliance Manager
Louise is an experienced auditor working in the construction industry, holding both a Lead Auditor qualification under ISO 9001 and an International CPC. Within the SHEQ department Louise is also responsible for our staff development programmes, driving carbon reduction and overseeing our sustainability plan.

Wesley holds a Master's Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Management, Wesley has a wealth of experience in the construction and oil industry and is fully conversant with the latest CDM regulations. A Chartered member of IOSH, Wesley is also a full member of the IIRSM and APS.

Victoria is a qualified ACCA accountant who supports the finance function across financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. She provides analysis and financial insight to support the wider business, building on experience gained within a FTSE 100 construction company.

Ian ensures the traffic management and permitting aspects of our projects run flawlessly. With significant industry experience, Ian is operationally focused and works closely with our clients and streetworks teams to ensure no aspect is overlooked. Ian is fully conversant with the latest DfT Street Manager system and already prepared for the significant changes in the way the industry plans for roadworks.
