Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

09 May 2022

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 and an opportunity for us to raise awareness and start a conversation about mental health and encourage those struggling to reach out for help and support.

This year’s theme is loneliness – together we can tackle loneliness! Dealing with loneliness can be difficult. But there are things we can all do to cope with loneliness and prevent some of the negative feelings and mental health problems that can come with it.

The Mental Health Foundation has several resources that can help tackle loneliness, to find out more about this click hereGW Highways continues to support The Mental Health Foundation and all the hard work they do!
