Another great example of how GW Highways, working together with Kent County Council, are continuing to ‘Build Back Better’, and make Kent’s future, our priority. A snapshot of all the elements that put your pound back in the ground on a recently completed scheme near Maidstone, Kent.
The project was extremely complex and interfaced with various key stakeholders, but thanks to the collaborative planning of our delivery teams, we received commendation for this high-profile scheme concluding that it ‘satisfied the residents and highway users of Kent’.
Adam Starbuck, Asset Engineer for Kent County Council, went on to say: “Thank you to all those involved from the office level to the site level, and I just want to say that I feel some extremely good, high standard work is being carried out through this contract.”
Our Term Services Director, David Gibbins, said – “this is another great example of how our teams are working collaboratively to deliver planned renewals on key sections of the local road network. As trusted partners we are enabling sustainable growth in the county that supports the social, economic and environmental pillars”.
