GW Highways Are Raising The Safety Standard!

07 Sep 2022

At GW Highways we are raising the standards again to ensure that our teams always have the latest safety features available and that our worksites remain safe!

Our TTM operatives on main gates, coordinators and traffic safety control officers are now using the industry leading HALO Technologies body worn video cameras, allowing instant access to footage from any remote location.

HALO Connect 4G allows instant access and requires no manual uploading or return to base at the end of each shift, increasing productivity by up to 12.5%.

Safety matters to everyone and the health and wellbeing of our team and the public is of paramount importance to us. HALO Technologies are leading the way with their innovative technology, and GW Highways are glad to be the first in the Highways sector to be using their body cameras!

Michael Gilmour, HALO’s senior sales executive said, “It’s been great to work with GW Highways who have taken the proactive approach to protecting and improving the safety of their staff with the deployment of their new 4G HALO bodycams. GW Highways can now gain instant access to evidential footage from any remote location which allows them to take a zero-tolerance approach to negative behaviour towards their staff and we look forward to supporting them with this.”
